Vistazul - The Project

The development encompasses 61 town houses within a 12 acre site. The project is deliberately low density with less than 25% of the land being used for the lots. This provides you privacy as well as plenty of space for recreational activities. What's more the Pacific ocean and miles upon miles of virgin beach is just 200 feet away. Vistazul is adjacent to the new the Palmazul Artisan Spa hotel.

All Vistazul residents will have guaranteed access to the semi-private beach of the hotel.

We started with the infrastructure in January 2008 and we are on schedule to have everything ready by end of the year. All housing will be built at the same time to avoid building activities extending over a prolonged period of time. Palmazul will offer a rental service if you wish to rent out your house while you are not there. San Clemente receives a steady stream of tourists during the holidays and there is sure to be demand for house rentals during these periods.
